Sanjay Dutt who is well known as Sanju Baba of Bollywood is serving his jail term, for his involvement in the 1993 Mumbai blast. He is out on parole for his daughter's nose surgery. He has recently filed a petition through Supreme Court judge Markandey Katju to seek pardon for his case. But to his bad luck it was rejected by the Maharashtra Governor.

Later it was revealed that, Governor Vidyasagar Rao did not accept the petition on the recommendation of state home department. As it would set a bad example and this conviction was confirmed by the Supreme Court.

Good news for Dutt fans as he would be be released in Feb 2016.
