Make way for yet another handsome munda in B-town.. Meet Arrmaan Rahlan, the new find by Sanjay Dutt’s production team.. The team of Sanjay Dutt Production’s ‘Hashmukh Pighal Gaya’ had quite a eureka moment when they found the lead of their satirical comedy.

While the makers auditioned over 100 boys in the hunt for their film’s lead, they finally zeroed in on Arrmaan.. Now do you know, Arrmaan has an interesting family history.. He is in fact the grandson of dream merchant and donner of many hats O.P Rahlan who introduced Dharmendra as an overnight sensation, over 47 years ago in ‘Phool aur Patthar’.

Arrmaan, equipped with a degree in digital filmmaking from the New York Film School, has been working rigorously on perfecting his skills through intense acting workshops along with hard-core action and dance training. Within the first 30 seconds of watching his audition Sanjay Dutt told his team we’ve found our Hasmukh.

Commenting on their find Producer Maanayata Dutt said, Arrmaan Rahlan considers O.P Rahlan, his grandfather, a huge inspiration and has always looked up-to him. When he auditioned for us we could immediately visualize him in the film and it seemed like a perfect fit.

The few who have worked with the actor in the past one week can’t stop raving about his vulnerability and his sincerity. Sanjay Dutt Production’s ‘Hasmukh Pighal Gaya’, directed by Sejal Shah is scheduled to release in September this year.
