Bollywood actor Sanjay Dutt has proved why is Bollywood top notch actor! Don't believe! Read On..
Sanjay Dutt, who is serving jail term in Yerawada Central Jail in Pune, for illegal possession and destruction of an AK-56 army assault rifle during the 1993 serial bomb blasts in the city, has been known for extending his furlough and making the mockery of the law. In fact in February 2014, even the Bombay High Court has commented on the diligence in granting the actor's requests for furlough which was not visible in case of other convicts who applied for leave.
However despite sharp criticism from every corner of the country, the actor has yet again deceived the Yerawada Central Jail in Pune and succeeded in extending his leave, though this time in a typical filmy style!
According to reports the actor on Thursday reached the Yerawada Central jail like a Good Samaritan to serve the remainder of his term after 14-day-long furlough ended as he did not get any response to his request for an extension from jail authorities.
The news was welcomed and it sent roars of applause among the legal experts and the others who condemned his release as a special treatment meted out the superstar.
However the joys of his critics was short lived as the actor cunning enacted a well scripted drama of surrendering on time like law abiding citizen and then after spending a hour in the jail premises he returned home on the accuse that the government official are yet to take a decision on his application for extension of his furlough and till the decision is not taken he need not be in jail!!!
Briefing the media about the sudden turn around Sanjay Dutt's lawyer Subhash Jadhav, glorifying Sanjay Dutt as a law-abiding citizen said, "My client returned to jail with complete sincerity but senior prison officials said he need not surrender till his application for extension was pending!!!"
