After losing his memory while fighting enemies, Om has to battle terrorists and amnesia in order to restore his father's honour after his old man was arrested for betraying his country. In an Exclusive Chat with IndiaGlitz Bollywood, Sanjana Sanghi Opened up and relished the hard times during the shoot of the film, now that it's finally releasing on OTT.
- You got to do action in your second movie itself! That is a cool thing! Physically and emotionally, how different was Om than your first film?
"It was the coolest, most unimaginable thing! Couldn’t have ever imagined that I’d be able to pull that off, it’s been such a revaluation for myself and I’m absolutely in love with the genre now, cannot wait to do a lot more. OM and my first film were poles apart, I had to approach the two with an entirely different perspective and apply very different parts of myself as an artist to create both the characters."
- For people who haven’t watched Om yet, what would you say to them now that it is releasing on ZEE5 across 190+ countries on Independence Day weekend?
"That they shouldn’t be worried about making their weekend being action packed because we’ve got that taken care of."
- What was your biggest learning / takeaway from Om?
"So many. But my biggest takeaway has been getting to walk away with the best friends in the world. Aditya and Kapil are extremely dear to me, and Ahmed Sir and the whole Zee team have been constant pillars of support. I’m also taking away a trick box full of Kavya’s kicks and punches, which I’m super proud of."
