Sangharshana touches social elements

Samuthrakani's Sangharshana, Poraali in Tamil, has social elements interspersed in the second half of the movie. Here, Allari Naresh and Sashi Kumar are playing two middle-class youngsters with a no-nonsense attitude. However, the story takes a complicated turn when a girl falls in love with the duty-minded, disciplined Sashi Kumar. Similarly, Naresh too falls for a colleague at his work place.

While SK wants to come up in life by means of being risk-taking and innovative, which is why they start a 24-hour door-to-door delivery service, the story deals with their identity in the later part of the film.

Also starring Colours Swathi and Vasundhara, the film has music by Sundar C Babu. The film is slated to release on Dec. 1.

The last time Samuthrakani and Allari Naresh teamed up in Shambo Shiva Shambo, they made a hit combination. It is to be seen whether they will repeat the success this time round.
