Sangeetha is confident personified

Sangeetha is going strong and steady in her second innings. After making a comeback in Pithamagan, Sangeetha, once considered a jinxed actress, has come up with a decent performance donning meaty roles.

Sangeetha says, “My next film Dhanam will be no different”.

Dhanam is a story of a Devadasi, a system which was prevalent in some parts of Andhra Pradesh and Karnataka and other places in the country. Sangeetha plays the protagonist in the movie.

Ilayaraja has scored the music. Thotta Tharani is the art director and veteran filmmaker and editor B Lenin is in charge of editing.
