Sandram awarded clean U

Carefully shot in coastal Kakinada, Sandram, directed by Kumar Raju Mudhunuri has been awarded a clean U. The film's music has been composed by Krish. Starring Arjun and Deepika, the film comes across as an offbeat entertainer.

The deglamourised looks of the hero and the heroine, the claim of the producer that every scene has been shot to look realistic, makes one wonder if this one belongs to the league of art house cinema.

Gowri Shankar, Padmapriya, Chandrasekhar Rao, Ajay and others form the other important star cast of the movie. Lyrics are by Nagu Gavara, while the director lends both the screenplay and dialogue.

It is to be seen if the movie carries a special message, because it seems there is an offbeat theme in store.
