A residential house for all the members of film fraternity at Raynal Gardens surrounding on a huge 98 acres of land bought by four prominent producers – DK Ramakrishna, BA MA Harish, A Ganesh and B Mahadev – ‘Sandalwood Nagara’ was evolved on Thursday morning in the presence of some of the bigwigs of the industry.

Raghavendra Rajakumar the pride of Dr Rajakumar family unveiled the logo of the ‘Sandalwood Nagar’ while Col Kharla CEO of Raynal Gardens inaugurated the evolution of Sandalwood Nagar. On Thursday morning the formal Bhumi Pooja was held at this place where residential sites are available in 20x30 to 6x80 measurements.

Raghavendra Rajakumar going on a flash back of his father Dr Rajakumar and mother Smt Parvathamma Rajakumar buying a house after nine years of Dr Raj in the cinema industry also described how difficult it was to earn.

Dr Jayanthi in her address recalled a residential colony for artists and technicians available in Hyderabad. Dr Jayanthi hopes to construct a house at this Sandalwood Nagar and live in future.
