Famous sand artist Sudarsan Pattnaik has paid tribute to the legendary singer SP Balasubrahmanyam by making a sand art of the veteran singer on the Puri beach yesterday.
SP Balasubrahmanyam, a veteran who has sung more than 40,000 songs in 16 languages has won various national and international Awards and had tested positive for Coronavirus on August 5. The singer had been battling corona for over a month, and died at the MGM Healthcare hospital yesterday.
On the Puri beach, Sudarsan Pattnaik made a sculpture of SP Balasubrahmanyam and inscribed on the sand, “Tribute to legendary singer SP Balasubrahmanyam. RIP.” Sharing photos of his sand art, Sudarsan tweeted “Tribute to legendary singer #SPBalasubrahmanyam. My sand art at Puri beach in Odisha", and these photos have turned viral.
