Meanwhle Sanam Shetty's original case came up for hearing in the High Court today and the judges have passed an order in her favor. The actress had lodged a complaint against 'Bigg Boss 3' contestant Tharshan of being in love with her for a couple of years, getting engaged and then cheated her by ditching her and refusing to marry her.

Sanam had earlier lodged a complaint against Tharshan in the Adyar Police Station but approached the court since there was no action taken and further alleged that she is getting murder threats from the opposite party.

The judge today ordered the police to submit the progression in the case which spells trouble for Tharshan who is in his hometown in Sri Lanka according to netizens.
