Actress Samyuktha Varma may have been away from the limelight after her wedding with actor Biju Menon in 2002, but the gorgeous and talented actress continues to enjoy a huge fanbase even after two decades. Samyuktha, the two-time winner of the state award for the best actress, is now a certified yoga instructor and has been busy practicing yoga for over 17 years.

The actress who is an avid social media user often treats her followers with pictures of her doing yoga. The actress recently had a photoshoot for popular Malayalam magazine Vanitha.

The actress appeared as the cover girl for the magazine, in which she has shared the benefits of doing yoga and how it changed her life.
