Actress Sameera Reddy had acted in several Bollywood and Tollywood flicks and had gained popularity with her performance in Tamil Movies like Suriya starrer Vaaranam Aayiram, Thala Ajith's Aasal and Gautham Vasudev Menon's Nadunisi Naaigal.

Sameera has been active on Instagram and recently she has posted a photo which has shocked her fans. Sameera reveals that it was a photo taken in 2015 and that she had hit 102 kgs weight, and how she couldn't step out as she didn't want to be judged after years of being glam and fit on screen.

The actress also adds on how she didn't step out of home for an year, and how it took two years to lose weight and get back in shape with strict diets, fitness workouts, Pilates, and added that she had posted the transformation photo to show women that the struggle is real and that if they have the will they can do it. Sameera is currently expecting her second child.
