Re-recording is in progress for 'Samanyudu' directed by Ravi C Kumar and produced by Venkat on the banner of RR Movie Makers with Jagapati Babu and Kamna Jethmalani in the lead.

Presenter of the film Achi Reddy says, 'In a democracy, vote has a high value. At the same time, the common man ('Samanyudu'), who casts that vote, is equally important. The common man who has the right to cast vote is not just a common man but an extra ordinary personality. Nothing is impossible for him. We are moulding that common man's story as 'Samanyudu' and gave a tagline as 'The Hero'. In many occasions, the common man is keeping quite and some people with selfish nature are growing high at his instance. Once the 'Samanyudu' realizes the injustice being meted out to him, what will be the fate of these selfish people. This is the basic storyline of the film. Besides an impressive story, Vandemataram Srinivas' music became an asset for the film.'

He further says, 'Action heroes like Saikumar, Vinodkumar are seen in different roles in the film, besides young heroes like Dasari Arun Kumar and Rajiv Kanakala are playing key roles.'

Executive producer Vemula Suresh says, 'Recently we have choreographed two songs on Jagapati Babu and Kamna Jethmalani in Malaysia. Presently re-recording is in progress.'

Archana, MS Narayana, Ranganath, Sujitha, Ramireddy, Benarjee, Raghunatha Reddy, Mumaith Khan and others are in the cast. Story, dialogues, screenplay and direction are by Ravi C Kumar.
