We all know Samantha is a morning person and a fitness freak, but we do not know is her favourite workout and her daily fitness routine. Celebrity fitness trainer Junaid Shaikh recently decoded the gorgeous lady's favourite workout, cheat meals & massive transformation.
"Samantha, herself has an attitude wherein she will just say no, 'I will try and do it again. I always tell her, 'if you were an athlete, you would have been like Virat Kohli'. She is very aggressive and wants to do things to the core. I don't need anything to motivate her, but just need to guide her at a few things," he said.
Talking about her favourite workout, he said, "She really loves big lifts. She loves deadlifts, push-ups, squats and if you see the videos, she has now got good mobility. She is now doing squat like a pro. She is like a small monster who likes to lift heavyweights. She lifts double her body weight. Soon you'll see her up the game in new videos.
On the work front, Samantha is now shooting for her upcoming Pan India film Yashoda. The film also has Varalaxmi Sarathkumar, Unni Mukundan, Rao Ramesh, Murali Sharma, Sampath Raj, apart from others. Apart from this she also has, Gunasekhar’s Shaakuntalam, where she will be seen in the role of princess and Vignesh Shivan’s Kaathuvaakula Rendu Kaadhal’ with Nayanthara and Vijay Sethupathi waiting for the release.
