Samantha to replace Nayanthara in the racy thriller?

One of the rare films to get both the critics and the audiences raving about it is Thani Oruvan' which had a near perfect screenplay, impeccable acting , high production values and slick direction.
The Telugu remake is produced by D.V.V. Dannayya and directed by Surendar Reddy with young superstar Ram Charan Teja reprising Jayam Ravi's role.
Sources reveal that the team is very keen on casting Samantha in the lead heroine's role played to perfection b y Nayanthara in the Tamil version. Right now Samantha has her hands full with many high profile projects in Tamil and Telugu and it is believed that she will indeed be a part of this project if she is able to squeeze in the necessary dates.
