Actress Samantha is finally moving on in her life and it looks like the Super Deluxe actress is getting huge offers for films and various other events. Recently Samantha was invited as the speaker for a huge film festival happening in Goa.
The International Film Festival of India (IFFI) is all set to be held in Goa from November 20-28. For the first time ever, the organisers have roped in a South Indian actress Samantha to speak at the event. According to reports, the organisers have also roped in director Aruna Raje, actor John Edathattil and director Vivek Agnihotri as speakers at IFFI. Manoj Bajpayee of 'The Family Man' fame is among the speakers as well.
Samantha made her Bollywood debut through the popular series The Family Man alongside Manoj Bajpayee, her increased fame in the North seems to be the reason for this invite. On the professional front, Samantha is now waiting for the release of Shaakuntalam, directed by Gunasekar. In the latest interview, Samantha revealed that her upcoming Tamil film, 'Kaathuvaakula Rendu Kaadhal', will be a theatrical release. She has signed Tamil-Telugu bilinguals with director duo Hari and Harish and Shantharuban.
Samantha went on a spiritual trip to the Himalayas. After returning she got her backpack ready and flew to Dubai with her friends. She is also expected to resume shooting for her films in December.
