Just after a few hours of posting a breathtaking snapshot from the sets of Kaathu Vaakula Rendu Kaadhal, Samantha has shared another set photo from the film and thanked Vignesh Shivan for delivering more than what he promised.

Sam wrote, "Khatija❤ Thank you @wikkiofficial for letting me have fun with the role. Comedy is my favourite genre and it’s always extra special when I get to play a role that allows me to be who I truly am (aka the funny girl). You delivered more than you promised and I will always be grateful ♥️ Thankyou  @jukalker ?? @sadhnasingh1 ??@koduruamarnath ?? I love you ♥️"

She was seen wearing a black dress which she wore for a crucial scene in the film. She looked ravishing like a doll and smiled her heart out in the photo she shared. Directed by Vignesh Shivn, Kaathu Vaakula Rendu Kaadhal is a romantic comedy centred on Vijay Sethupathi’s character Rambo, who is engaged in two relationships involving Samantha and Nayanthara at the same time. Despite knowing that he’s cheating on them, both the women in the movie go on to fight for Vijay.

On the professional front, Sam is currently busy shooting for her upcoming pan-Indian film Yashoda, directed by Hari and Harish. The actress also has Shaakuntalam, which is directed by Gunasekhar for the release.
