South actress Samantha was all over the headlines for the past few weeks as her mythological drama is all set to hit the theaters soon. The team took to their twitter account and informed the release date of this film along with a new poster.

Now the latest update about Samantha is that the pretty lady has started dubbing for Shaakunthalam and also shared a picture on her social media profile and wrote on Instagram: " Art is my cure to all this madness, sadness and loss of belonging in the world & through it I'll walk myself home. -Nikki Rowe #shaakuntalam"

In the picture Samantha captured a screen in which a scene from the film Shaakunthalam was playing which is believed to be her budding session. The picture shared on the internet is now doing the rounds on the internet along with the good news that Sam has started working again.

Samantha recently welcomed the new years with a positive note and looked glowing as always. She was diagnosed with Myositis, a rare autoimmune disease. She is currently under medication for the same and is taking baby steps to recover fully and return to work.
