Samantha makes an interesting post after returning from US

Samantha Ruth Prabhu, it is known, was in the US till the other day. It was a month-long trip. Reportedly, the superstar actress was in America as part of her homework on 'Citadel', the Amazon Prime Video series directed by the Raj-DK duo of 'The Family Man' fame.

Soon after she dropped in India, the 'Majili' actress posted a pic of her pet Sasha and wrote, Down not out. It's an interesting post at a time when the actress has been in the news for non-professional reasons.

The actress will next be seen in 'Yashoda', in which she is playing a pregnant woman who has to survive a series of attacks from all sides. The survival thriller is directed by Hari and Harish. 'Kushi' with Vijay Deverakonda is a work in progress. The romantic drama is directed by Shiva Nirvana and it might resume its shoot in the third or fourth week of this month. Gunasekhar-directed 'Shaakuntalam' is scheduled to be released early next year after its theatrical release was recently put on hold. The film is being spiked into the 3D format. The post-production works will be taking several weeks of time.
