The success meet of 'U Turn' was held today in Hyderabad. TRS's Nizamabad MP Kavitha Kalvakuntla graced the occasion as the chief guest. Director Nandini Reddy was another guest.

Speaking on the occasion, Kavitha Kalvakuntla said, "When I look at Samantha garu, I see an epitome of a modern woman in her. She is not scared to try different variations. I have seen her in 'Rangasthalam' and there is no match when you compare with this film. Naga Chaitanya garu's film also released simultaneously which shows there is a healthy competition at home and outside as well. Welcome to director Pawan Kumar garu to the Telugu industry and I hope he makes many more successful and good films in future." She raised a toast to the trend of concept-driven films being made in the industry.

Samantha said, "Our film has got encouraging reviews from critics. Never have I seen this kind of a unanimous response. I thank Kavitha garu for being here today. I thank the producers for making the movie by believing in content. With the same story, they have scored hits in three languages. The direction department was of huge help. Although she is not associated with the project, Nandini Reddy garu worked with us for 4 days. Our industry will continue to make nice movies."

Nandini said, "I am a big fan of director Pawan Kumar. I always wait for his movies. I am happy that he has debuted in Telugu with 'U Turn'. And it makes me happy that the movie is running successfully. It has got great RR. Everybody has done a nice job as performers. I have known Samantha since the time she entered the industry. She is a hard worker."

Rahul Ravindran said, "These days, the audiences are loving movies with strong content. That's why producers are encouraging new concepts."

Pawan Kumar said, "Poornachandra, this movie's music director, is a software engineer by profession. We have collaborated since 'Lucia'. He always gives me the kind of music I want. Although I don't know Telugu fluently, my co-directors were of great help. Samantha has given the best output."
