It is known that Samantha Ruth Prabhu has been shooting for 'Citadel', spearheaded by Amazon Prime Video. On Tuesday, the star actress put out a pic of her bruised hands. Apparently, she injured herself while shooting for an action block.

"Perks of action," the 'Majili' star wrote on Instagram with a touch of humour. Her co-star, Varun Dhawan, shared another post and said, "Rough night".

Earlier in the week, marking the completion of 13 years in the film industry, Samantha's director-friend Rahul Ravindran posted a 14-year-old pic of Sam. "Look at this photo I found… Rohit Ravindran clicked it 14 years back on our terrace. Congratulations on 13 years Sammy… here’s to many more decades," he wrote.

Sam's focus is on the international project 'Citadel', Vijay Deverakonda's 'Kushi' and the promotions for 'Shaakuntalam', which will hit the screens on April 14. Presenter Dil Raju and producer Neelima Guna will not be changing its release date. Directed by Gunasekhar, the film also features Dev Mohan, Mohan Babu and others.
