Samantha Ruth Prabhu has hit out at those who are trolling her for wearing a plunging gown at the Critics Choice Awards in Mumbai on March 10. The revealing outfit didn't go down well with male Netizens, who resorted to shaming.
Today, in her Instagram story, the 'Majili' star asked them not to judge women based on what they wear, their race, education, social standing, appearance, skin tone et al. She added, "Making snap judgments about a person simply based on the clothes they wear is quite literally the easiest thing one can do."
The 'Rangasthalam' beauty asked the trolls to focus instead on bettering themselves. "Projecting our deals on someone else never did anyone any good... let's gently rewrite the way we measure and understand a person," Sam added.
Sam will next be seen in 'Shaakuntalam', which is written and directed by Guansekhar. Presented by Dil Raju, the film's post-production works are on. Last December, Sam was onboarded for an international film titled 'Arrangements of Love'. Philip John is directing it. 'Yashoda', a Telugu-Tamil bilingual, has also been shot. Unni Mukundan and Varalaxmi Sarathkumar are also doing the drama.
