Actor Dhanush who has finished shooting for his lead role in the Prabhu Solomon directed film will start shooting for the film to be directed Durai Senthilkumar after Deepavali festival.

After finishing these two films, Dhanush is expected to join hands for the thrid time with director Vetrimaran for 'Vade Chennai'. The title itself suggests that the film will revolve around North Chennai and the lifestyle of the people living in those pockets of the metropolitan city.

Samantha will be the lead lady for Dhanush in this film and this is the second film they will be pairing up after 'Thangamagan' which is scheduled for theatrical release in December.

Dhanush will reportedly play a North Chennai gangster in this film which will be made in two parts. . Now sources reveal that Samantha will be playing the role of a slum girl in her first film with the National award winning filmmaker Vetrimaran.If this is true we can be quite confident that this will be one of the towering performances of the talented actress and 'Vada Chennai' will be the most important film in her career for this reason alone.
