The Chennai born beauty has opened up on her silence in the recent Hyderabad veterinarian doctor's rape and murder.
Sam has stated "I didn’t say anything about the incident when it happened because every message I received accusing me of not paying my condolences to the victims was a reminder of how little I have done to help the women in my society and one tweet wasn’t going to free me of that guilt ..."
The four men accused in the #Disha rape and murder have since been killed in an encounter by the Hyderabad police which move has received widespread approval from people of all wakes of life as a speedy justice for the victim.
