This would have been one of those rare occasions, where promotion was done in terms of heart.

The first look of Salman Khan-Kareena Kapoor starrer 'Bodyguard' which was unveiled yesterday in the city impressed one and all. For, the launch of film's first look was done by Salman's very own, real life bodyguard Shera! Yeah, an apt person to launch 'Bodyguard'....And the man behind such idea was Salman himself.

The star who wears heart on his sleeves felt that this would be the best way to show his gratitude towards Shera, who has taken several risks in protecting Salman.

When Shera was requested to do the honours at the event by Salman, he said to have been quite taken aback and overwhelmed. It took sometime for Shera before the fact sunk in and he had to pinch himself to make sure that this indeed was real. He considered it to be an honour from such a great star and remarked that Salman's wish is his command.

In a statement to sources, the bodyguard said, "Salmanbhai has always taken care of me and this gesture just proves that how great a human being he is. He is family to me. I owe everything to him."

Incidentally, for his character in ‘Bodyguard’ Salman has worn Shera's uniform brand, whereas he was initially offered to use certain security company's uniform. However the actor refused to do so, instead chose to be use his bodyguard's clothesline.

Present for the unveiling event, were Kareena, director Siddiqui, producers Atul Agnihotri and Alvira Agnihotri, Aditya Pancholi and Arpita Khan, besides Salman and Shera.
