After a molestation case was filed against famous Bollywood choreographer and popular dance reality show Dance India Dance season 1 winner Salman Yusuff Khan on January 30, he took to his social media account to deny the allegations, claiming that the complainant had done so in order to extort money.
The victim, a dancer herself, had stated that Salman and his brother have touched her inappropriately on several occasions. She added that even though she resisted his moves, he continued to budge her claiming that such things happened in Bollywood all the time. The dancer went on to accuse the choreographer of threatening her when she failed to oblige. This prompted her to file a case against him, according to reports.
Salman took to his Instagram account soon after to post a picture that read, “Wrong allegations with vested interests.. Intent of extorting monies.. Have complete faith in judiciary.. Truth will prevail Insha Allah.” A statement hasn't been released from the “victim” following that.
Salman Yusuff Khan rose to fame after he won the first season of dance reality show ‘Dance India Dance.’ He made his debut as an actor in Tamil in the 2018 film Lakshmi, alongside Prabhu Deva.
