Salman Khan Ventures Announces ₹10,000 Crore Integrated Township in Telangana

In a major boost to Telangana’s urban development and investment landscape, Salman Khan Ventures Private Limited (SKV) has announced plans for an ambitious ₹10,000 crore integrated township, following the signing of a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with the Government of Telangana. The project, planned across 500 acres, aims to create a next-generation urban ecosystem that blends residential, commercial, entertainment, and sports infrastructure into a single world-class destination.

According to SKV, the township will feature mixed-use commercial zones, branded residences, luxury hotels, premium retail districts, and large-scale entertainment avenues. The masterplan also includes an impressive lineup of sports and leisure amenities such as a championship golf course, race course, shooting range, and multiple state-of-the-art sporting facilities designed to meet global standards.

A major highlight of the development is a cutting-edge film studio, which is expected to further strengthen Telangana’s position as an emerging hub for film, media, and entertainment production.
