Has Salman Khan really realized his mistake.. is he repenting what he tweeted yesterday morning "Hang Tiger.. don`t hang brother hang the lomdi who ran away. Areee where is tiger".

Tiger ki toh kami hai India mein. Tiger ko lao. Hum toh apni family par mar jaaeen. Tiger tumhara bhai kuch dino mein tumhare liyeh. (bring tiger back. India wants Tiger. A person dies for his family. Tiger, your brother will die for you in few days.).

The tweet coming in open support for the Mumbai 1993 for Yakub Memom the brother of the fugitive terrorist Tiger Menom - accused in Mumbai 1993 serial blast that killed around 250 people created a huge storm on Sunday morning yesterday starting as early as 2 a.m.

By evening amidst huge protest, burning of the actor`s effigies and disturbance during the screening of his latest blockbuster Bajrangi Bhaijaan` at couple of places in Maharashtra forced the actor to delete his tweets and do a u turn..

He tweeted "My dad called & said I should retract my tweets as they have the potential to create misunderstanding. I hereby retract them."

I have not said or implied that Yakub Memon is innocent. I have complete faith in the judicial system of our country."

I would like to unconditionally apologise for any misunderstanding I may have created unintentionally.

Many lives were lost in the Mumbai blasts. And I have repeatedly said the loss of one innocent life is equal to the loss of all humanity.

Legal experts and many believe the apology is just a measure to end the roar, negativity and anti national sentiments that arouses from the early morning remarks.

The mention of his father in the tweet clearly hints at the actor`s inability, insensibility, and irresponsibility towards the issue and gravity of the situation.

What else can you expect from a 2002 hit-and-run case convict who has made a mockery of the Indian judicial system by his power and money.. This is bound to happen when the rich, famous and the powerful take law in their hands and get away with it.. they say..

His statements send a wrong message and influence many considering his huge following.

Salman has the right to express his feelings but this time he has gone too far and commented on judicial matter whose final appeal hearing against the July 30 hanging is today..

An industry insider pleading anonymity says, "This may be Salman Khan`s big shot at beign human` branding gone horribly wrong after the significant repair by Bajrangi Bhaijaan`s` box office success.

The 2002 hit-and-run case convict may have sensed this Yakub Memom`s opportunity to cash on his Beign Human` branding underline the human rights grounds following the Amnesty`s of the world."

After the backlash, an appeal to cancel his bail in the 2002 hit-and-run case by BJP Mumbai Chief Vinod Shelar (though it is said to have got rejected) and burning of effigies in parts of Maharashtra by Shiv Sena even after Uddhav Thackeray`s appeal to ignore` such irresponsible` tweets is said to have forced Salman Khan to do a u turn leading to post an apology from papa s shoulder instead of taking the responsibility of the blunder on his own.
