Salman Khan hit and run witnesses to appear in court today

The demon of Salman Khan hit and run chase is back and its stronger speaking danger to the B-town’s box office gold mine. According to reports three of the five witnesses are appearing in court today for Salman Khan’s trial in the culpable homicide run case.

According to sources the police traced the witnesses to a village in Uttar Pradesh with the help of a old timer working in A1 Bakery - the spot where Salman Khan ran his car over workers sleeping outside in 2002 and was arrested for rash and negligent driving.

Initially the witnesses were not ready to come to Mumbai but agreed later. The witnesses where kept at a secret location and will be depose in court today..

The other two witnesses have also being identified one of them is in Karnataka while the oyher is still in Mumbai working in a bakery..

Excerpts from one of the witnesses Muslim Shaikh statement that made the court frame the case of culpable homicide against Salman Khan "It was between 2:30 and 3:00 am that I felt a sharp pain in my left thigh. When I got up I could see my colleagues crying and saw a white jeep-type car on the pavement. I could see a human body beneath the tyres and on eof my colleagues screaming ‘ mar gaya who.. mar daala use’ (he died.. he killed him). Then I saw some people rushing towards the car and saying Salman neeche uttar (Salman get down) Salman Khan got down from the driver seat and started running away. One man who claimed to be policeman started pushing away the crowd, telling people to be calm and not to get violent. Then the people put me and my colleague in auto rikshaws and got us admitted in hospital".
