Salman Khan gets bail

In the latest update on Salman Khan's verdict, Mumbai High Court has issued two days of bail to the actor.

The final hearing on the 2002 September Hit-And-Run Case was held today, when Salman was proved guilty of running over five men sleeping on a pavement, killing one. Following which, the 'Wanted' famed star has been convicted and was sentenced jail term of up to 5 years on charges of culpable homicide not amounting to murder. Salman is expected to appeal in higher court against the verdict.
