Salman Khan: FIR registered for criminal intimidation and robbery

Salman Khan is in troubles again. A court in Andheri Mumbai has ordered the airport police to register an FIR against actor Salman Khan for criminal intimidation and robbery.
The court has directed the police to register an FIR under sections 392 (robbery), 323 (causing hurt), 504 (insult with intention to provoke breach of peace) and 506 (criminal intimidation) of the Indian Penal Code against Salman khan and his associates.
A complaint filed by Ravindra Moorat Dwivedi, a member of Brashtachaar Nirmoolan Samiti, had had alleged that Salman Khan and his bodyguard had assaulted him aboard a Mumbai-Delhi flight on November 4 last year.
"Dwivedi said he was carrying important documents regarding the demise of BJP leader Gopinath Munde, which he was supposed to hand over to the government. During the flight, Dwivedi alleged, Salman Khan along with his bodyguard Vishal got into a fight with him and snatched the documents from him," R C Nagbhire, senior inspector with the airport police, has beign quoted in news reports.
According to the police, Dwivedi also alleged that he was abused and assaulted by Salman Khan and Vishal. The complainant had also alleged that when he tried to approach the airport police after the incident, the personnel at the police station refused to register the case.
