If sources are to believed, Aanand L Rai has apparently dropped a movie with Salman Khan. The movie in question was supposed to feature Salman in a dwarf's character. The superstar had in fact loved the script earlier when the 'Raanjhana' famed helmer had narrated to him. In fact, Rai had chose to rope in George Murphy, the VFX expert behind Hollywood films like 'Jurassic Park', 'Matrix Reloaded' and 'Forest Gump'.

According to sources, Salman wanted the details about his character to be a secret until the film's release. However, since the dwarf factor got leaked, the actor became quite upset on hearing it and decided to walk out of the project, much to the dismal of Rai. Hence, the director chose to shelve this film and went ahead to concentrate on his other projects.

Rai next has 'Tanu Weds Manu Returns' starring Kangana Ranaut and R Madhavan. The film has Kangana in double role while Dhanush features in a cameo role.
