The Aaj Tak news channel recently aired a feature showing the prison cell that Salman was kept in. It is the same as Kachchi Sadak's lead actor Rahul Singh was kept in, in the film. While ruling the gallery as well as winning the maximum national awards in 30 years of his versatile career, Mithun never consented to a special appearance ever... until Kachchi Sadak happened. He plays a sufi qawaal at the Ajmer Shari Dargah and performs the devotional qawali on screen. Initially having refused to do the special appearance, he immediately agreed after he heard the qawali. Mithun is also an ardent worshipper of the shrine.
5. Rajasthan Tourism
The team of Kachchi Sadak is specially indebted to Rajasthan Tourism (one of the world's greatest tourism brands) for their help in our film project. It will never forget the magnanimity and support extended by the Honorable Chief Minister and the co-operative officers of the department.
