Salman Khan one of the biggest superstars of Bollywood has joined the shoot of 'Godfather' starring South India's legendary megastar Chiranjeevi in the lead role. The film is the Telugu remake of Mohan Lal's blockbuster hit 'Lucifer' directed by Prithviraj Sukumaran.

'Godfather' is directed by Mohan Raja who is known for delivering continuous super hits in Tamil cinema. The film has music by Thaman and stars Chiranjeevi, Ram Charan, Nayanthara, Satyadev Kancharana, Harish Uthaman, Jayaprakash, Sachin Khedekar, Vamsi Krishna and Nasser with Salman Khan, Anushka Shetty and Shruti Haasan making cameo appearances.
