Salman Khan as Lord Krishna?!?

How would it be to see Lord Krishna as handsome and as Dabangg as our B-town’s Bhai? Yeah, hot buzz is that the makers of the much-talked animated flick ‘Mahabharat’ are considering to rope in Bollywood’s superstar Salman Khan for rendering his voice for the most important character of this mythology, Lord Krishna.

Since one of the key characters in Mahabharat is Krishna, Jayantilal Gada and his team were keen to get someone on board who has a sense of authority in his voice and at the same time is loved by audiences. Hence, the makers are keen to have Salman Khan on board for the role of Krishna.

They feel that Salman as Krishna would be an ideal match as well as his voice will have an instant recall with audiences. We heard that as of now the team have been working out nitty-gritties to approach him for the same.

Jayantilal Gada’s ‘Mahabharat’ will witness an eclectic cast coming together for voice overs. The animated film already has A-list actors who have come on board to lend their voice to the film. They have Ajay Devgn lending voice for Arjun, Amitabh Bachchan for Bheeshma, Anil Kapoor for Karan, Vidya Balan for Draupadi andSunny Deol for Bheem to name a few. The makers have brainstormed and chosen celebrities who will add to the character dimensions and also instantly connect with the audiences.

Earlier Akshay Kumar had played Krishna in his home production ‘OMG! Oh My God’. Now let’s wait to see how Bhai takes this divine opportunity...
