Salman Khan`s fans have reasons to rejoice, no not because the first look of Salman Khan`s latest upcoming movie BAJRANGI BHAIJAAN has been released as per the schedule or Salman Khan has promised his fans (who do not understand English) to tweet simultaneously in Hindi and Urdu but there is a bigger reason to enjoy!
Readers may wonder what can be the other reason. Is Bhaijaan (Salman Khan fondly called by his fans) marrying? Well the news is even bigger than this!!
So behold your breath and read...
According to RTI (Right To Information) activist who sought information regarding the details of the Salman Khan 2002 hit-and-run case from the Maharashtra government it has been revealed that Maharashtra government does not have ANY INFORMATION on Bollywood actor Salman Khan's 2002 hit-and-run case as all the important files containing vital information about Salman Khan`s police case have been gutted in the unfortunate fire that blazed at Mantralaya few years back!
Briefing media about the RTI, Mansoor Darvesh, the RTI activist informed, "I had filed the RTI query seeking information about the total number of counsels, lawyers, solicitors, legal advisors, public prosecutors, etc. engaged and appointed by the state government to fight the Salman Khan hit and run case but to my horror the government in its reply regretted that they do have knowledge as related documents have been LOST hence it cannot be made available".
Lamenting at the inefficiency of the Maharashtra government`s blatant incompetence to protect important files Darvesh, added, "The government had promised to the people that all files that got destroyed in the fire will be reconstructed. But alas! All the promises made by the government seem nothing but eyewash. The reality has been exposed."
Expressing utter disappointment at Maharashtra government`s helplessness to reconstruct the crucial files destroyed in fire, Darvesh said, "Like Salman Khan there might be many more such important cases that may NOT reach any conclusion due to lack of evidence mentioned in the flamed files!!"
