They have even requested Bollywood superstar Salman Khan to release the first look teaser of the film, much to the delight of Akkineni fans. However, their happiness is short lived as the film ended up as a damp squib, both critically and commercially. Even Salman's blessings couldn't change the prospects of the Akhil Akkineni starrer.

Recently, actor Siddharth has roped in Salman Khan for a video byte for the song Shoot the Kuruvi from his upcoming film Jil Jung Juck. Needless to say, the song has gone viral across virtual world and fans of Salman continued to rave about it without even knowing the meaning of the lyrics.

While the fate of Akhil is sealed and adjudged a colossal flop, it remains to be seen what's in store for Siddharth. Will Salman's blessings bestow on Siddharth and give him a much needed break? We have to wait for a few days to know the answer!
