Two years ago when Sonakshi Sinha was busy promoting 'Dabangg', she had famously quoted that despite being a debutant, she was never intimidated by the presence of Salman Khan since he was always family for her.

Circa 2012 and with 'Dabangg 2' up for release, the equation hasn't changed one bit even as Sonakshi is looking forward to returning as Rajjo for her Chulbul Pandey.

"Exactly, things can't change between us. In fact I can say that Salman is the happiest to see me successful today. He wanted me to follow a certain path and knows where I stand.

More than a colleague, he stays on to be family. Also, as a friend he is always there for you", says Sonakshi, "Of course if I look at our professional bonding then well, needless to say, it is always a pleasure to work with Salman.

You get to learn from him every single day. However when it comes to my personal equation then well, whether it is he, Arbaaz or Salim uncle, they are always family first for me."

What one can well imagine is some superb chemistry which is expected to be brought on screen once her on-screen character of Rajjo meets Salman's Chulbul Pandey. So has the entire characterisation factor gone further deeper from not just screen time but also value add perspective?

"Yes, definitely", Sonakshi says immediately, "It is taking the story forward and each of the characters compliment each other. Chulbul and Rajjo are incomplete without each other.

Moreover Rajjo has not just married Chulbul, she has married his family and there is so much to her relationship with Chulbul's father and brother as well. That forms the core essence of 'Dabangg'."
