After much dilly-dallying, David Dhawan has finally zeroed in on a title for his Govinda-Salman Khan project - "Partner".

"I called it that because it's a film about male bonding. It's a buddy-buddy film," David told IANS.

Makes you wonder if Bollywood is into a season of prolonged male-bonding flicks beginning with Suneel Darshan's "Dosti" starring Bobby Deol and Akshay Kumar that opens next month.

After "Shaadi No. 1" and Zayed Khan's shaadi, it's time for David to move on.

"Govinda and Salman will be the main focus of the film's interest. I chose the title 'Partner' because the film's main focus will be the two actors' partnership."

Lara Dutta and Katrina Kaif will co-star opposite Salman and Govinda respectively. The film was to on the floors in the middle of December.

Producer of the film, Sohail Khan, is going into partnership with K Sera Sera, the company that has co-produced a large number of Ram Gopal Varma's films.

"It's not about the company, but the company that I keep," says Sohail Khan.

"The partnership for 'Partner' isn't so much with K. Sera Sera as its top man Faraaz Sanghvi. For a while he has shown interest in collaboration. Since I felt a growing comfort level with him I saw no reason to say no.

"But we aren't going into a long-term multi-movie collaboration with K Sera Sera. At the most we'll do one more film together. That could be my other production 'Fight Club'."

"Fight Club" is an out-and-out actioner featuring Sohail with Suneil Shetty, Dino Morea, Ritesh Deshmukh and Zayed Khan.

"But I'm not playing a part in 'Partner'. Salman bhai and Govinda can take centre stage. I'm just happy serving as a producer," he says.
