Yesterday, it was being reported by every news outlet that Salman Khan has filed a defamation case against the self proclaimed film critic Kamaal Rashid Khan aka KRK for giving a bad review about his film 'Radhe'. However, that is not case. This is what KRK claimed on his social media but the real deal is something else. While, Salman has indeed filed a defamation case against KRK, it has nothing to do with the film 'Radhe'. Salman's lawyers issued a clarification after the wrong news was being distributed by every media outlet.

The case was filed in response to KRK's hatered filled tactics to prove Salman Khan as a fraud and scammer.

The official statement read, "The suit has been filed as the defendant has been publishing and endorsing defamatory allegations, including that Salman Khan is corrupt, that he and his brand "Being Human" are involved in fraud, manipulation and money laundering transactions, that he and Salman Khan Films are dacoits. The Defendant has been spreading malicious falsehoods and defaming Salman Khan consistently over several months, clearly with a view to draw attention to himself."
