Bitten by the acting bug is director Sakthi Chidambaram. The producer-director is known for his commercial entertainers. In the company of Sathyaraj, Sakthi Chidambaram rendered several hits including Ennamma Kannu, Maha Nadigan, Englishkaran and Kovai Brothers.

Now Sakthi Chidambaram is busy producing and directing Vyapari starring S J Suryah, Namitha, Malavika and Tamanna. Once the movie is released, Sakthi is planning to commence his next venture, which would star himself in the lead role.

Sakthi Chidambaram has been taking efforts to look trim on the screen.

He is all set to join the long list of directors taking to acting which includes big names like K Bhagyaraj, Vijaya T Rajendhar,
