Sairam Shankar launches his own banner

Actor Sairam Shankar, brother of Puri Jagannadh, has turned a producer. He has launched his own banner. The first movie under this banner will have Sairam himself as the hero. The untitled project will go on the floors in January.

Sairam has got plans to do movies under the banner with other actors/heroes as well in the future. He owns this production house in partnership with his friends.

Meanwhile, Sairam's 'Resound' is currently in the production stage. Hitherto, he has only been an actor. After all these years of being in the industry, Sairam will now simultaneously be both an actor and a producer. It was with '143' in 2004 that Sairam debuted as the male lead.
