Directed by Gunasekhar and produced by Aswinidutt on the banner of Vyjayanti Studios Pvt Ltd with Mahesh Babu and Trisha in the lead, 'Sainikudu' had wrapped up its shooting with the picturisation of 'The End' card on the Andhra Pradesh State Museum premises at Public Gardens, near Telugu Lalitha Kala Thoranam in Hyderabad on Thursday.

The shooting was closed with the picturisation of a group photograph including Mahesh Babu, Trisha and almost all the important artistes who worked for the film. It may be mentioned here that Harris Jayaraj, who gave memorable tunes to a hit film like 'Aparichitudu' gave music for this film.

Mahesh Babu, who is giving successive hits as a professional killer in 'Athadu', as a tough cop in 'Pokiri', is now playing a medical college student who turns into a soldier to fight injustices in the society.
