Saif Ali Khan has opened up on Dinesh Vijiyan position in Illuminati Films. Confirming that they will continue to jointly own the production company and produce films under this banner.

Saif Ali Khan in a statement clarified his stand he says, "Me and Dinesh Vijan will co own and continue to make film under our banner Illuminati films..the next release is Happy Ending in November. Dinu is my brother and friend...we love working together and will continue to do so...we will do things separately too of course...but I always look forward to the next Illuminati film as it has always been special for me. With Finding Fanny, Dinu releases his first film as a solo producer. I think he is absolutely phenomenal at his job and I know the film will be outstanding. I wish it and the whole team all the success at the box office."

Apart from being joint partners at Illuminati, Saif and Dinesh will also produce films separately and independently under their respective individual banners.

The future line up of Illuminati films will have Happy Ending which is all set to release on 28th November whereas, Dinesh Vijan's Maddock films Finding Fanny will hit theaters on 12th September'14 followed by Badlapur which is set to release on 20th February 2015.
