Sai Pallavi won the hearts of millions of fans as ‘Malar teacher’ in her ‘Premam’ outing. But then the actress seemed to be nowhere as audiences were expecting the next movie from the actress. Now the actress’s next outing in ‘Karu’ for which director Vijay has called the shots is gaining traction. 

At the recently held audio launch of the movie, Sai Pallavi has stated that even though she began acting as a chance event in her life, she acknowledged Tamil audiences for the place where she is now in her career. "Tamil audiences celebrated my very first film. Hence the time taken for my first Tamil movie as a lead because I wanted to give the best,” she said. 

In addition to that, Sai Pallavi also gave special mention to baby Veronica who she considers to be excellent in the art and touted praise for the film’s director Vijay for ehancing her acting performance in the movie.

'Karu' is a horror thriller starring Sai Pallavi and Naga Shourya in the lead roles for which Sam.C.S has composed the music score. The film is being bankrolled by Lyca Productions.
