Supreme hero Sai Dharam Tej`s security guard Dubbasi Nagender (23) was arrested for allegedly raping a class III student. Reportedly, Nagender, who hails from Medak district, has been residing as a tenant at Indiranagar basti. He lured the girl who was playing along with other children outside his house, with chocolates and took her in and raped her, reads a statement.

The incident came into the light lately after the girl`s aunt inquired about why she was crying only to realise that Nagender has raped her.

Nagender joined as Sai Dharam Tej`s security guard only ten days ago. The security agency represented by Nagender claim that they had done a thorough background check before appointing him in the job. Buzz is that Nagender was in inebriated state and resorted to the crime. He was arrested and sent to jail. The cops have registered a case under Section 376 of IPC and sections of the Protection of Children from Sexual Offences (POCSO) Act.
