Marking Sai Dharam Tej's birthday today, Ram Charan unveiled the first look poster of 'Republic', which is helmed by Deva Katta. The political drama, which is currently in the making, has got a serious theme.
"Loved the poster! Wishing my dear brother @IamSaiDharamTej, director @devakatta & the entire team ... All the best!! (sic)," the 'RRR' actor wrote on Twitter, putting out the poster.
Thanking the Mega Power Star, the 'Solo Brathuke So Better' actor said, "I have never experienced 'I’m just a phone call away' until the moment I called and asked whether you can launch the first look. You readily accepted my request to launch our first look. Your support means the world to me. Thank You, Charan. Love you (sic)."
With Jagapathi Babu and Ramya Krishna in key roles, the film has music by Mani Sharma, editing by KL Praveen, and cinematography by M Sukumar. Aishwarya Rajesh, who was recently roped in as Rana Daggubati's pair in the Telugu remake of 'Ayyappanum Koshiyum', is its heroine.
Produced by J Bhagavan and J Pullarao, 'Republic' will hit the screens on June 4.
