In October last year, Sai Dharam Tej made a promise to himself on his birthday. That he will finance the construction of an old-age home in Vijayawada and supply the required material towards the noble cause. "This is the best birthday gift I could give. Thanks to everyone who made me help so many people and to all the fans who helped me out in this small project and donated in their small ways," the 'Prati Roju Pandage' actor said. This was in response to a request he received on Twitter from an organization. The actor got initial help from his fans.

The news is that the Mega hero has kept his promise. Thanks to his financial assistance, the Amma Adarana Seva Old Age Home in Vijayawada stands completed.

On the work front, the Supreme Hero awaits the release of 'Solo Bratuke So Better', starring Nabha Natesh as the female lead. Two songs from the rom-com were released recently. It's likely to release directly on an OTT platform soon.

Sai Tej recently came on board for a mystery thriller being directed by debutant Karthik Dandu. Its screenplay is by director Sukumar and the film is produced by BVSN Prasad.
