Most recently, Sai Dharam Tej was returning to Hyderabad from Vizag. As he was in the airport, the Mega hero came to know that one Bangaramma, a bone cancer-affected girl from a nearby village, wanted to see him as he is her favourite hero.

This is when the 'Jawaan' actor made sure that she gets his appointment. She let the girl, whose leg was recently amputated as part of treatment, see him at the airport. Bangaramma was accompanied by a fellow villager who has been taking care of her.

The Supreme Hero was touched by the young girl's affection. He not only enquired about her health but also appealed to Mega fans to pray for her health. Despite the bad health condition, Bangaramma recently passed out SCC with an 8.5 grade.

Sai Dharam Tej awaits the release of 'Tej I Love You' on July 6. The film will clash with Gopichand's 'Pantham' (July 5th release).
