Admit it, we couldn’t take our eyes off of Sai Dhansika who dazed us with her stylish performance as Superstar Rajinikanth’s daughter in ‘Kabali’. Though she had acted in many movies earlier, ‘Kabali’ became a turning point for her.

Now the actress is all set for her first straight Telugu flick titled 'Mela' for which Kiran Sripuram will be calling the shots. It’s also interesting as the project is touted to be an action-thriller. While Dhansika has refuted claims as to she will be essaying dual roles, one should note that the actress will have two distinct characters.  Though Dhansika is not paired off with a hero in the project, the film has prominent actors liek Surya Tej in its cast.

Being ana ction oriented film, Dhansika has earned the director’s commendation by doing stunt scenes sans a dupe which also means that the actress aced rope shots, high jumping sequences without any aid. Now, that’s something to boast of!
